The “W” list

The “W” list – a growing list of fabulous women bloggers – has been circulating around for the last few days. My thanks to Diane Danielson of The Womens Dish for including me as the list passed through her hands. I’d like to add a few of my blogging girlfriends – Ms. Place of Dishn’Dat, Trixie of Kora-in-Hell, Damselfly of Damsel-in-Progress, and Jinxie of Jinx!

  1. Linda:

First off, thank you for welcoming the list and all those talented authors and thinkers in your online home. If you’d like to see interests, Elysa (my new personal hero) classified the list that way here

Someone also created a wiki of the list here

I have been humbled by the gift of each contribution to this list. One person at a time, you have all told a story about your readings and passions through the list. Please keep the momentum going. Go ahead and reach out to these fabulous people, find reason to work on a co-authored post or project together. There is so much richness and talent on this list!

  2. I feel like this list is magical fairy dust…it just keeps turning everything it touches into a joyful new encounter. Thanks for embracing the list.

  3. Hi Linda,
I second Valeria, I’m truly impressed with how this list has not only showcased the women on it, but the women who have welcomed on their blogs. Each woman has done so with dignity, respect, and celebration. I would look forward to working with any one of you.

Thank you for being a part of passing on the list. It was a lovely way to meet you and your blog.

  4. Linda,

The best thing about this list has been all the wonderful new blogs I have.

You have a beautiful home here and I am so glad I had an opportunity to find it.

  5. Linda – Thank you for adding your passion. As the Magical W List continues to grow we each learn a little more and the world grows smaller and a little kinder.

Carolyn has created a wiki where we hope to consolidate all to help the world find the talented women of the the blogosphere.

  6. Linda, I just recommended your blog to a friend who works with interior design. Without the W List, it’s unlikely I would have ever come across your blog. So this list truly is magical in that sense. I’m happy there is a wiki now as a permanent “home” for the list. It’s a great way to find new voices.

  7. Linda, Thanks for including me on the list! Wow. Let me think of my own nominations. There are so many wonderful blogs by women that I read daily.

  8. Thanks so much for spreading the list. Wow – it’s growing, isn’t it? It’s so encouraging to be a part of such a strong and passionate group of women. Thanks for including me!
