Here’s another “New England” styled property – this time in coastal Sussex, England. This is a rental vacation house (aka Holiday House) which Tatler called one of the ’50 coolest houses in the world to rent’. It’s a fabulous coastal Sussex style house, though I’m not sure it truly captures a New England vibe.
From the rental listing:
“The New England Beach House is a rare and unusual luxury holiday house. It is situated right on the beach with uninterrupted sea views and our own private walled beach garden. Sleeping up to 14 (including children – maximum of 12 adults) in six stylish bedrooms it is ideal for family beach holidays yet is only a few hours from central London; perfect for holidays and stays where some of the guests may wish to travel to London on occasion as there are hourly direct train services from Angmering to London Victoria or London Bridge. The New England Beach House is elderly and pet friendly, with two ground floor en-suite bedrooms, and a separate annex.”
Though I feel it really has more of a tropical vibe than New England, it’s a beautiful place with lots of character and charm.
